Frank Louw is the chief ethics and compliance officer for Massmart. He joined the company in 2013 as part of the Anti-Corruption Compliance team with several years of experience in forensic investigations. He moved to the US for Walmart in 2016 where he held various positions including his latest role leading Walmart’s global licenses and permits compliance program. In this role, Frank successfully led associates across the US and all International markets, managing licenses from store construction and operations to new business initiatives.

Frank holds a BCom Honours Degree in Forensic Accounting, from the North-West University.
