Anusha Pillay is a seasoned business transformation and governance professional with nearly 20 years’ experience. She joined the company in 2021 as Vice President of Internal Audit before joining Walmart Mexico, where she served most recently as Vice President of Business and Cost Transformation, responsible for spearheading enterprise-wide programs that drove structural savings, strengthened inventory availability, and enabled omnichannel growth.

Anusha holds an Honours Degree in Auditing from the University of Pretoria and a Master of Business Administration from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
