Merlin Otto joined Massmart in October 2020 as eCommerce Central Support Executive. He was promoted to Vice President Omnichannel Pickup and Delivery in November 2021, after which he was appointed Vice President Omni & Digital Acceleration in November 2023 with accountability for leading Massmart’s group-wide Omni & Digital Acceleration.

He has over 25 years of retail experience spanning across store operations, shared support services, omnichannel and strategy.
