As part of Massmart Corporate University, the Graduate Programme is structured into two streams:
Retail and Functional Specialization stream. The programme span will be dependent on an individual’s capability and the potential shown in the workplace whilst performing assigned tasks or projects.

As part of The Selection Process successful graduates will be based in Gauteng and KwaZulu Natal and the programme is ideally suited for energetic, motivated and self-driven individuals.

The following criteria are pre-requisites for the Graduate Development Programme:

Candidates need to have completed a university degree or technikon diploma, or be in their final year of study;
Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged individuals;
